Spirit of Styria is the new business magazine for Styria and is dedicated to the topics of business, change and growth. The current issue deals intensively with digital innovations from Styria that make the world greener, more sustainable and more environmentally friendly.
We are very pleased that SLOC is also part of the Styrian Green Tech Valley and that our products enable more sustainable and greener processes.
“Often, waste garbage cans are only half full, while in other cases they have been overflowing for days. Almost half of the bin emptying trips at public collection points are unnecessary,” emphasizes Alec Essati. “Dynamic route planning based on the real fill level enables efficiency increases of up to 40 percent.” In addition, there are the positive environmental effects of lower noise, dust and CO2 emissions.
We were invited by our partner Telekom Deutschland to participate as a speaker in the webinar “A network for every pot – eyes open when choosing a network”.
The topic will be everything around IoT connectivity and the many facets that make it up.
Sabine Buch (Technical Expert LPWA/ IoT Fachvertrieb Telekom), Alec Essati (CEO SLOC GmbH) and Ralf Krippner (CEO Hoffmann + Krippner GmbH) will share their exciting experiences and show which steps are necessary to select the right network technology.
